So today was a productive one.
My second last PT visit.....hopefully.....and the headaches permanently under control.
What a blessing....
Then to get my husband to start taking care of himself...
Off to a great start with fitted shoes and promise to return to the treadmill.
So I got inspired and spent an hour swimming and sunning and then on the treadmill myself.
All in an effort to be somewhat is shape for our Puerto Vallarta visit in three weeks.
The grandchildren spent a few hours.....with Dez leaving earlier for her soccer try-outs.
My life seems to be on an "uprise".....looking forward to another good day tomorrow...with Baby Eddie at our house.
